Who We Are

Zaiba Hasan

Uzma Jafri

Rubina

Zaiba is a bi-racial (Irish/Pakistani decent) American Muslim born and raised in Chicago and now living in the Washington DC area. Zaiba’s mixed background allowed her to relate to Muslims and non-Muslims alike, and helped her develop positive, constructive attitudes about both her Islamic faith as well as the Christian faith of her mother’s family. As a result, she is a natural connector between American Muslims and non-Muslims, and is frequently invited to speak at interfaith events. Zaiba has a degree in Political Science which also helps shape her global political aspect of the larger interfaith-community which is the basis of her parenting philosophy, raising global citizens. When she isn’t at an interfaith event or working with her event-marketing clients she can be found spending time with her 4 children (15,13,8, and 6) and amazing husband of 20 years, usually on the basketball court or soccer field on any given Sunday.
